Sometimes the world throws your for a loop. I have always been challenged with motion sickness, so the loops of life have made me sick, I've needed to sit down, and not do anything until the unbearable spinning subsides and I can function again. Here I am functioning and shit! October made 3 years since I started my own business. I was clever and called it... Dana D'Alessandro. Last January I transitioned into the name Ease Grace Flow which is an idealistic representation of how to live and 3 principles I created to help me live a more full, joyous, and authentic life. I use those principles in all my offerings.
